Jonathan Swartz & Associates, PLLC (JS&A) is a full-service law firm committed to providing quality legal services with compassion. Effective and efficient communication is a priority and JS&A is comfortable with and ready to utilize new technologies. We return emails and phone calls promptly and can conference using internet based technology. We invite clients to participate in the resolution of their issues. Clients are usually best served by creating their own solutions with legal guidance. This is usually accomplished through direct negotiation and/or mediation. Oftentimes the court does not make decisions on our cases because we have worked with opposing parties to agree to a reasonable settlement. Nevertheless, the Firm stands ready to argue a client's position.
